The TBR16LUU is an open-type square flange linear bearing block designed for Ø16 mm linear shafts. The long (LUU) version offers an extended contact length compared to standard (LUU vs LU), delivering higher moment load capacity and improved guidance accuracy - making it the preferred choice for machine tool tables, gantry systems, pick-and-place automation, and any application where rigidity under eccentric loads is critical.
Manufactured at Zhejiang SQ Bearing's 19,800 m² facility with 100+ CNC grinding machines, each unit passes through a rigorous ISO 9001-certified inspection process before shipment.

Q: What is the difference between TBR16LU and TBR16LUU?
A: LUU denotes the "long" variant, which has a greater overall bearing length than LU. The extended body accommodates more ball rows, resulting in a higher dynamic load rating and better resistance to moment (tilting) loads - recommended when the supported load has an offset from the bearing centerline.
Q: Which shaft diameter is compatible?
A: The TBR16LUU is designed exclusively for Ø16 mm linear shafts (optical axis / linear guide shaft). For best performance, use an h6-tolerance hardened shaft (HRC 58–64) with a surface finish of Ra 0.4 µm or better. SQ also supplies matching Ø16 mm optical axis - contact us to order as a matched set.
Q: Can you produce under our brand / OEM label?
A: Yes. We accept full OEM customization: custom logo on the bearing, branded plastic bags, printed cardboard boxes, and outer cartons. Sample proofing is provided before mass production. Contact our sales team with your design files.
