2. Regular Lubrication:
- Light-load environments: Relubricate every 3 months (refer to the recommendations in the 5th edition of the Mechanical Design Manual).
- Heavy-load or high-frequency use: Reduce this to 1-2 months, and use a high-viscosity lubricant (such as ISO VG68).
3. Comprehensive Maintenance: Every 6 months, disassemble the slide, clean out any old grease, and inspect the ball bearings for wear. If diameter wear exceeds 0.05mm (according to GB/T 1184-1996), replace the component.
